Inside the workshop
Six stages between your brief and your delivery.
Every uniform we deliver passes through the same floor, handled by the same people. Nothing is subcontracted, which is why we can hold a specification across a repeat order three years later.
Fabric
Cotton, polyester, poly-cotton, twill, Swiss cotton, linen and poly-viscose held in stock, selected against the wear each sector actually demands.
Measurement
Our team comes to your site and measures every member of staff, or works from the size roster you already hold. Measurements stay on file for reorders.
Pattern & cut
Patterns drafted to your specification — collar, pocket placement, sleeve, logo position — then cut in bulk against the approved sample.
Stitching
Our own machinists, our own floor. Double-stitched stress points, bar-tacked pockets, inspection at each station rather than only at the end.
Branding
Machine embroidery, screen print, heat transfer and woven labels. Your logo digitised once, then reproduced identically across every reorder.
Finish & deliver
Pressed, bagged, sorted and labelled by name or department, then delivered across all seven emirates ready to hand straight to your staff.
